Ultima 09′, visual identity
Client: Ultima
Date: 2009

Ultima - Oslo Contemporary Music Festival,
is an annual international festival presenting contemporary music and related art forms.

The 2009 festival (09 - 19.09) dealt with the subject of rewriting. Focusing on forms of music that have a curious, exploring attitude, experimenting with its own boundaries inhibiting an ‘unfinished-ness.’

During the festival we produced three news-
papers, functioning as the festival program
aswell as documentation from the previous
days. In addition to this, we developed a poster campaign, flyers, various advertisements,
merchandise and a new website.

Nathan Coley, catalogue
Client: Bergen Kunsthall
Date: 2009

Thoughts from Above, Nathan Coley`s solo exhibition at Bergen Kunsthall, was curated and produced by Per Gunnar Eeg-Tverbakk.
The exhibition is the third and last part of Per Gunnar Eeg-Tverbakk`s research scholarship project, Space for Interference, which deals with the concept of site-specific art and the recent changes in the understanding of the term site.

Thoughts from Above consists of a montage of several works by Nathan Coley, both earlier and newly produced ones. It also includes several satellite pieces placed outside in various locations around the city of Bergen.

By purchasing several pages of advertising space in the local newspaper, Bergen Byavis, we were able to place the catalogue in the context of a tabloid newspaper. It was spread throughout the paper, reading through public news stories and other advertising.

The newspaper has a print-run of 100,000 distributed to all households in the Bergen Metropolitan area. The catalogue for Thoughts from Above consists of the bottom half of the front page, ten full pages and the entire back page. These pages are advertisements paid for in the regular way.

Vreng #8, editorial design
Client: Adbusters Norge
Date: 2008

Vreng magazine is a social, political commentary of contemporary issues, a publication of Adbusters Norway.

The sixth, and last, issue investigated oil in Norway and the social and environmental implications of this 30-year history. To juxtapose the editorial content, we focused specifically to the social reform that came from Norway’s oil discovery. We selected one person from the age they had grown up in Norway, after when oil was discovered. What we created was a semi photo album, a timeline of someone growing up in this new social era of oil in Norway.
